Proactive Support Plans
Our Proactive Support Plans provide one, two or more days permonth support. Under this scheme we take proactiveresponsibility for the care of your IT infrastructure through helpdeskmonitoring, scheduled on site visits (typically split into half-days)and occasional ad-hoc call outs as required.
This scheme worksin conjunction with a work plan that is revised monthly with you; asyour objectives and company change and grow, we are on hand to adviseand support, and ensure that you get the best out of your ITinfrastructure .
In addition to providing hardware andsoftware support, we also act on behalf of your company in contactingthird party suppliers (such as software vendors or internet serviceproviders) and in this sense perform the function of an IT manager inboth the planning and provision of IT services.

Customised Proactive Support (three or more days)
£600 per day per month
