We have a variety of packages to offer our customers, ranging from our Helpdesk Plans whereby we provide telephone and ad-hoc call out support to several days per month of scheduled on-site Proactive Support.

We aim to provide the function of a full IT department, but without the associated overheads of employing full time staff. You won't have to worry about all the HR issues, holiday and sickness cover or training costs, neither will you have to employ a full time member of staff when you only need a few man-hours per month.

Remote connections are set up to your site and we make detailed plans of your equipment and working practices so that effectively, we can be in your office when you need us to be.

We can advise your management on strategic matters and provide solutions to match your objectives, whilst guiding your workforce on how to get the most from your infrastructure. We make sure that you are working as efficiently and safely as possible, and eliminate the frustrations of working with unconfigured systems.
