Our Helpdesk Support Plan is a package aimed at organisations whose IT needs are not business critical, or find that they need a regular helping hand but not regular on-site support

The Plan provides someone on the end of the phone for your ad hoc queries and minor technical assistance. We'll put an infrastructure so that we can connect to a your systems to diagnose and rectify problems remotely, as and when required. This also allows us to become familiar with your site.

The Plan makes no provision for proactive site support and is intended for smaller businesses.

Helpdesk Plus Plan

£250.00 per calendar month / £85.00 per hour for call out


Our Helpdesk Plus Plan is a package aimed at organisations whose IT needs are business critical (i.e. they cannot operate efficiently, if at all, without their infrastructure) but are not ready for one of our Proactive Support packages.

The Plan provides someone on the end of the phone for your ad hoc queries and minor technical assistance. We'll put an infrastructure so that we can connect to a your systems to diagnose and rectify problems remotely, as and when required. This also allows us to become familiar with your site.

Once a week, we will connect to a single server on your site, to check that everything is running as it should be and to make any necessary updates. At the end of each month, we supply a report detailing the work done for the month and an outline of any work agreed for next month.

The Plan lays in place foundations for you to move up to a Proactive Support Plan when you feel ready, or as your organisation grows.

Terms Of Service

Although the Helpdesk Plans are regarded as unlimited telephone support, it is subject to a fair usage policy. This means that ITSDS reserve the right to apply charges where calls exceed 15 minutes or in any month where the cumulative support provided exceeds six hours (including any remote connection time).

Travel time to customer sites is not charged for customers under the Plan, however ITSDS reserve the right to reclaim costs on round trips that exceed 50 miles. Time spent on customer sites is still charged at our standard hourly rate.
