Bryn McNeill oversaw the Church Times' changeover to the new desktop technology, and all the staff had to be taught how to use the new software system. He and his team were unfailingly expert, kind and helpful; and as part of their remit they helped staff also with their technology at home.
When their association with the Church Times ended, because it moved into shared offices with another company, my husband and I stayed on with their firm, because they had been so reliable, pleasant, and instantly helpful to us on so many occasions, and for so long.
